I started The Real Bride after my own wedding dress search left me feeling overwhelmed, priced out, and completely unseen. Everything I liked was either way out of my budget or not available near me, and everything affordable felt like...settling.
The whole shopping experience, with its pushy salespeople, tiny sample sizes, and endless hidden costs, felt so frustrating when it should have been so exciting.
So I quit dress shopping, made my own gown, and decided to build something better.
