Bridal pieces are different from everyday clothing. Even when ordered in a standard bridal size or made to your specific measurements, it’s normal for wedding dresses to require some additional tailoring to achieve a perfect fit. This is true across the bridal industry because of the complexity of construction, tighter fit, multiple fabric layers, and the level of precision brides usually want.
That said, if your gown doesn’t fit within our made-to-measure tolerance, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving your order. We guarantee your items will be made within ±0.5 inches of the measurements you submit, except for intentional design elements such as loose skirts or fitted, stretch sleeves. If we made an error, we will cover the cost of tailoring or replace the item(s) for you. This same policy applies if you order a standard bridal size.
If the issue is due to the measurements you provided, we unfortunately cannot provide a full refund, but we’re happy to work with you to explore solutions in line with our Refund Policy.
To minimize fit issues, we strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional seamstress or tailor. While it can be tempting to measure yourself, accuracy is essential to ensuring your gown is made as close as possible to your body.
