Our Try On samples sizes are limited but are designed to fit brides ranging from size 0 to size 22. To find your best option, start by checking the size chart on a product page and compare it to your own measurements. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Don’t stress about finding the most exact sample size because your final pieces can be made to your measurements at no extra cost.  

If your exact size is not available, you can size up by up to 2 sizes and still get a good sense of overall look and feel. Every Try On package includes dress clamps so you can adjust the fit to mimic a tailored look. 

We do not recommend sizing down.

Your package will include the samples you selected, dress clamps to help adjust the fit, a prepaid return label, and brief instructions on how to try on at home. 

At this time, we only ship within the United States via UPS. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, freight-forwarding services, or international addresses.

Bridal pieces can be a lot harder to put on since many include corsetry, can be heavy, and are designed for a snug fit. Having someone there to assist can make it much easier, but it is not required. 

Your 3-day window begins the day UPS marks your package as delivered, even if it arrives earlier or later than your expected dates. We always aim to ship for the dates you select, but final delivery is ultimately outside of our control and determined by the carrier. 

For example: If your package is delivered on Monday, your return must be dropped off by Wednesday.

Unfortunately Try Ons cannot be extended. We keep the window to 3 days so every bride has a fair chance to try our samples on time.

Of course! You can return your package before Day 3 if you’ve finished your Try On. Simply use the prepaid label and drop it off at a UPS Access Point.

Once your Try On is returned, we will email you a one-time use coupon code equal to the cost of your Try On, up to $100. 

To use it, add your items to your cart and enter the code at checkout. If your order is $650 or more before taxes and fees, the discount will apply.

The maximum credit is $100, even if your Try On shipping and handling fee was higher. Only one Try On credit can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined.

You’re never responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments while in transit. All Try On packages are insured, and your 3-day period begins only when UPS marks your package as delivered.

Returns must be dropped off or picked up by by Day 3 to avoid any late fees. A $15 daily fee applies after that, up to 7 days. If items are not returned within 7 days of the original return date, the full retail price + tax will be charged. 

To help keep our samples in good condition for every bride, we ask that you try them on indoors only and avoid tanning products or heavy makeup. While we expect normal wear, significant damages, stains, tears, odors, or missing tags may result in fees up to the full retail price.

You may cancel for a full refund up to 6 days before your scheduled start date. After that, cancellations and reschedules are not possible since your items may already be in transit. 

Once a package has been shipped, the Try On fee is non-refundable since it only covers shipping and handling. 

Try On samples are high ticket items, so we require a valid payment method at checkout in case of incidentals. This $0 “Payment Authorization” line item is simply a clear disclosure of that requirement and helps us keep the Try On experience fair and seamless for every bride.

Your payment details are handled securely by our payment processor, and The Real Bride itself does not store your full card number.

You are not charged for the Payment Authorization item. A charge only occurs if there are incidentals related to your Try On order, such as late fees, damage, missing tags, or unreturned items, as outlined in our Try On Policy.

Of course! You are welcome to book as many Try Ons as you like. Each order is treated separately.

For example: if you place one larger order, you will receive one Try On credit, while multiple smaller orders will each generate their own smaller credits.

If you want to try on a wide range of pieces, we recommend placing one large order since shipping discounts will apply and be updated automatically in your cart.

Please note that Try On credits cannot be combined and the maximum credit applied to a purchase is $100.
