Before You Try On
Samples Won’t Fit Perfectly
We provide dress clamps so you can adjust your samples as needed. Don’t worry about exact fit because your final piece can be made to your measurements at no extra cost.
You Only Pay Shipping & Handling
We want every bride to be able to try on our pieces. That’s why our Try On fees only reflect round-trip shipping and packaging.
Shipping Time is Built In
Try On packages take 3-5 business days to ship and this is already factored into the availability of each piece.
Payment Authorization
When you book a Try On, your payment details are securely stored with our payment processor in case of incidentals, just like when you check into a hotel. You will only be charged additional fees if items are returned late, damaged, or not returned at all.
Late Returns
Our samples are limited, and we want every bride to have the chance to enjoy them. For that reason, returns need to be dropped off by the end of Day 3. Late returns incur a $15/day fee for up to 7 days after the return date. After the 7th day, the full retail price and taxes will be charged.
Please Handle with Care
To keep our samples in beautiful condition for every bride, we ask that you try them on indoors only and avoid wearing anything that can stain them. Significant stains, damage, odors, or missing tags may result in fees up to the full retail cost.
Inclusive Sizing
Our Try On samples go up to a size 22 because every bride matters.
Don't see your size in stock? You can comfortably size up by 1–2 sizes and still get a good sense of overall look and feel.

Every package includes dress clamps and a prepaid return label so you have everything you need, and returns are as simple as dropping it off at any UPS Access Point.

Decide with Confidence
Choosing your wedding dress can feel overwhelming.
This is why we give you 3 days with your Try On samples so you can move in them and make a decision you can feel confident about.
Just drop off your package by the end of Day 3 so the next bride gets her turn.
For example: If your package arrives on a Monday, return it to the carrier listed on your return label by end of day Wednesday
Credit Toward Your Purchase
We know Try On fees aren't ideal. Ours exists to make at-home try-ons possible, not to make a profit. We keep the cost as low as we can and offer a credit when you decide to purchase.
For example: If your Try On costs $50, you’ll receive a $50 credit to use on any purchase of $650 or more after your return is received.
Your credit is valid for 14 months from the day it is issued.
