Our Try On service lets you experience our pieces before you buy.
        Just choose your pieces and purchase your Try On. You’ll have 3 days to try everything on at home. Then send it back and you can apply your Try On cost as a credit towards any purchase $1,000+!

How it works
             
          
                  STEP 1.
Choose Your Pieces
Browse our assortment and add individual items or curated looks to your cart. Each item lists a shipping & handling fee, which covers packaging and round-trip delivery. This fee is not a rental or usage charge.
                  STEP 2.
Select a Try On Date
At checkout, select a convenient date to receive your pieces. You’ll have 3 full days to try everything on.
If you're trying on multiple items, please select the same date for each. Otherwise, we’ll follow up to help coordinate.
                  STEP 3.
Pay & Secure Your Order
Pay your Try On shipping & handling fees at checkout. Your payment information will be securely stored by our third-party payment processor and only used to cover any incidentals—such as late returns, damaged items, or unreturned pieces.
                  STEP 4.
Enjoy 3 Days to Decide
You’ll have 3 days to feel the fabric, test the fit, and move around in your pieces. We include dress clamps with every box to help you better visualize your final look.

Return with Ease
Returning your package is simple. Just use the prepaid return label included, pack everything back in the original box, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
Make sure to return it by the 4th day to avoid any late fees.

          Samples Won't Fit Perfectly
Like other bridal stores, our samples come in limited sizes and may not fit perfectly, but they’ll help you get a feel for the overall look. Use the included dress clamps to adjust as needed. Your final piece can be made to your measurements at no extra cost.
You Only Pay Shipping & Handling
We want every bride to be able to try on our pieces. That’s why our Try On fees only reflect shipping, packaging, and garment prep. We don’t make any profit from Try On's.
Shipping Time is Built In
Try On packages take 3-6 business days to ship and this is already factored into the availability of each piece.
Late Return Fees
To ensure every bride gets their turn, Try On returns must be dropped off or scanned by Day 4. Late returns will incur a $15/day fee, and after Day 7, the full retail price will be charged.

When you order a try-on package, you’ll be charged for the bundle price, and a temporary hold of $300 will be placed on your card. This hold ensures that the items are returned on time and in good condition. Once your items are returned without any significant damage, the hold will be released, and your card will not be charged further.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Our sample availability is limited and operates on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're having difficulty scheduling your try-on, please reach out to us at support@therealbrideco.com and we’ll help you find the best time to receive your samples.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order and anywhere from 2-4 business days to receive your order based on ship times. Check the item details in your cart for specific shipping times and availability.

To make sure everything runs smoothly, we recommend planning your try-on session for the 2nd or 3rd day of your reservation window. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays outside of our control can happen, and planning for the later days gives you a little extra peace of mind.
Once your try-on box is processed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey and finalize the best date to try on your pieces with your friends and family.

Normal wear is expected, but please keep in mind that these are delicate pieces. To help them remain in excellent condition for the next bride, we kindly ask that you handle them with care, avoid wearing them outside, and take precautions to prevent stains or damage. If any significant damage does occur (such as stains or tears), please inform us immediately—we understand accidents happen and will work with you to find the best solution. Your care helps minimize waste and ensures these dresses can be used by many prospective brides before retiring!
Please note that removing tags from the try-on samples is considered damage and may incur fees up to the full MSRP of the gown.

We understand that finding the perfect look takes time, but unfortunately, we are unable to extend the try-on-at-home period. To ensure that all of our brides have the opportunity to experience our samples, and to avoid any late fees, we kindly ask that items are returned by the end of the 3-day trial period.
For example: If your package is delivered on a Monday, it must be dropped off at the specified mail carrier location or carrier dropbox by Thursday end of day.
Should you need more time to decide, we are always happy to assist you in scheduling another try-on session.

We understand that life happens, but unfortunately, our samples must be returned within the designated timeframe to ensure they remain available for other brides. If your samples are returned late, a fee of $15 per day will be applied for each day beyond the return deadline. After 7 days, you will be charged for the full MSRP of the gown.

That’s great! You can place an order for a new item on our website using your custom measurements or a standard size. Don’t forget to apply your unique coupon code from the try-on to receive up to $100 credit toward a purchase of $1,000 or more before taxes and fees.

Of course! While our try-on-at-home service is a wonderful way to experience the look and feel of our designs before committing, it’s not required to place an order. If you’ve already fallen in love with a piece and feel ready to move forward, you’re more than welcome to order it directly without trying it on first.
