SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or freight forwarding services.
PURCHASE ORDERS
All purchases over $150 ship free.
Our 5-Month Delivery Guarantee
We guarantee delivery of your order within 5 months from your order confirmation date, subject to the limited exceptions outlined below.
Guarantee Period Begins:
- Standard orders: Date of order confirmation
- Made-to-measure orders: Date we receive your complete measurements and send written confirmation
Delivery Definition:

- "Delivery" means the carrier's first scan marked "Delivered" to the shipping address you provided.
Shipping Method:

- All purchase orders ship via UPS Signature Required.
Exceptions to the Guarantee
The 5-month delivery guarantee does not apply if delays are caused by:
1. Customer-Initiated Changes
If you request changes after placing your order, we will provide a new estimated delivery date before proceeding. The 5-month guarantee resets from the date you approve the changes in writing.
2. Customer-Caused Delays

- Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address
- Failure to provide required measurements by stated deadlines
- Non-response to time-sensitive production questions
- Missed delivery attempts, signature holds, delivery rescheduling, reroute requests, address corrections, or reshipment requirements
- Delivery access issues (e.g., gated communities without access codes)
3. Force Majeure Events
Any unforeseeable circumstance which is beyond the control our control preventing us from performing our obligations, including but not limited to:

- Natural disasters, fires, floods, or severe weather events
- Pandemics, public health emergencies, or government-mandated closures
- Strikes, labor disruptions, or factory closures
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or riot
- Government embargoes, trade restrictions, or regulatory actions
If a force majeure event will affect our ability to deliver your order within the 5-month window, we will:

- Contact you as soon as reasonably practical
- Provide an updated estimated delivery timeline
- Work with you in good faith to determine the best resolution, which may include:
- Continuing with your order under a revised timeline
- Modifying your order if possible
- Canceling for a full refund
4. Carrier Delays After Timely Tender
If we ship your order on time using a service reasonably expected to deliver within the guarantee window, subsequent carrier delays are beyond our control. We will support you with tracking and carrier claim assistance.
Late Delivery Remedies
These remedies apply only to delays within our control. They do not apply to force majeure events, customer-caused delays, or carrier delays after timely tender.
Early Notification:
If we anticipate we cannot deliver within 5 months for reasons within our control, we will email you an updated timeline. You may approve the new timeline or cancel for a full refund. If we don't receive your response by the stated deadline, we will cancel and refund your order.
If Delivery Is Late:
A. 1–3 Weeks Late

- 10% refund, OR
- Cancel for 100% refund (if order not yet delivered)
B. 4+ Weeks Late, But Before Your Wedding Date

- 10% refund + $200 alteration reimbursement, OR
- Cancel for 100% refund (if order not yet delivered)
C. Cannot Deliver Before Your Wedding Date

- 100% refund (full cancellation), OR
- 50% refund + in-stock replacement of similar style and equal or greater retail value (if available) + $200 alteration reimbursement
If no suitable replacement is available, a 100% refund will be provided.
How to Request Remedies
Email support@therealbrideco.com within 10 business days of the missed delivery deadline with:
- Your order number
- Original guaranteed delivery date
- Actual delivery date (or current status if undelivered)
- Your chosen remedy
We will review and respond within 5 business days.
TRY ON ORDERS
Shipping Timeline
Processing & Shipping:
Try On orders are processed and shipped to arrive on or near your selected start date. Items typically ship 3–5 business days before your start date.
Try On Period:
Your 3-day try-on window begins on the date the carrier marks your package as delivered, regardless of your selected start date.
Delivery Variance:
While we aim to align delivery with your selected date, final timing is determined by the carrier. The Real Bride is not responsible for carrier delays or early arrivals once the package is in the carrier's possession.
What the Fee Covers:
Your Try On fee covers round-trip shipping and handling only. It is not a rental or usage fee.
Lost or Mis-delivered Packages
Before Confirmed Delivery:
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost or unrecoverable, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
After Confirmed Delivery:
Once tracking shows delivery to your address, we treat this as proof of delivery. If you believe a package was mis-delivered, notify us within 10 business days so we can investigate promptly.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If you refuse delivery or a package is returned undeliverable due to address issues you provided, you are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipment fees (if you choose redelivery)
- Carrier fees incurred
- If you refuse delivery and do not wish to have your order reshipped, the refusal will be treated as a return subject to our Refund Policy.
Customer Authorized Release
If you authorize UPS to release or redirect your package (via delivery notice signature, UPS My Choice, safe-place release, or alternate pickup location), you accept responsibility for any resulting delay or loss after UPS completes delivery under that authorization.
Responsibility After Delivery
Once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address, the order is considered delivered. To the extent permitted by law, The Real Bride is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.
Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order with The Real Bride, you agree to:
✓ Provide complete and accurate shipping addresses with signature availability, or arrange alternative delivery options in advance using UPS My Choice
✓ Submit required measurements in a timely manner
✓ Respond promptly to order questions
✓ Arrange carrier delivery options in advance if needed (e.g., UPS My Choice)
✓ Review order confirmations and notify us immediately of errors
